Orphan Family Support Program

Orphans are among the most vulnerable groups in our society, especially those from deprived and economically disadvantaged areas of Pakistan. A staggering number of orphans 4.2 million to be exact reside in our country, and more than half of them are deprived of their basic rights. Imagine the plight of so many little souls without the loving attention of a mother, the protective care of a father, or sometimes both.

Alkhidmat Khawateen Trust Pakistan has developed a well-connected network to reach these vulnerable orphans before they fall prey to exploitative elements in society. Our volunteer network remains active throughout the year, dedicated to the noble cause of finding and securing children who have no family support.

ORPHAN CARE PROGRAM

Orphans Family Support

The Orphan Support Program is designed to provide at-home assistance to children who have lost one or both parents, thereby restoring a vital source of stability in their lives. Currently, the program is successfully operating across three cities in Pakistan.

AGHOSH HOMES

Aghosh Alkhidmat supports orphans who have lost their parents or paternal support. The organization aims to provide vulnerable orphaned children in Pakistan with a better educational environment and free residential facilities. Through professional mentoring and counseling, Aghosh also equips these children with a high degree of self-confidence. This instills a strong sense of determination within them to build a better future for themselves and serve their beloved country, ultimately rehabilitating them into productive citizens.

Currently, three Aghosh Homes for girls are successfully operating in Pakistan one in Sheikhupura, a dedicated center in Soan Gardens, Islamabad and in Karachi. Additionally, construction is well underway for one more Aghosh Homes for girls, located in Faisal Town, Islamabad.

Currently, two Agosh Homes are operational in Pakistan—one dedicated center for girls in Soan Gardens (Islamabad) and another in Sheikhupura. Construction is underway for two more Agosh Homes for girls, one in Faisal Town (Islamabad) and the other in Karachi.

“Charity does not in any way decrease the wealth and the servant who forgives, Allah adds to his respect; and the one who shows humility, Allah elevates him in the estimation (of the people).” (Muslim Vol. 4, Hadith 6264)
